We launched in the UK on Europe's second largest billboard. Next day delivery became available for all of our UK girlies.

We opened our first ever Smooth Company pop up shop in Liffey Valley shopping centre. A dream come true, and the beginning of an annual Christmas tradition.

We introduced the Mane Master, a premium curved boar bristle smoothing brush. It quickly became the go to brush for slick back hairstyles.

We officially launched with Peter Mark in 71 salons across Ireland. For the first time in their 63 year history, they changed their brand colours for us.

Things took off. We launched in The Loop in both Dublin and Cork airports, and shortly afterwards our products became available on Aer Lingus flights.

To keep things travel friendly we created our Foldable Smoothing Travel Hairbrush, the perfect brush for on the go. It quickly became a handbag essential.

After months of development we launched Smooth Dream, an 11 in 1 hair styling cream with strong yet flexible hold that fights frizz, protects against heat and adds shine.

Molly-Mae used the Smooth Stick in her YouTube video for the first time, a dream come true for Áine. We have since been featured multiple times on her documentary.

We set up the Smooth Social Club to say thank you to our community. From watch parties to pilates to wellness workshops, it is a place to connect and have fun.

We launched in Trinny London, our first UK stockist, in their flagship store on the Kings Road.

We got the keys to the Smooth Dreamhouse, the HQ of dreams. Still a work in progress, but we know it is going to be iconic.

The summer we went European. We became the first Irish beauty brand to launch in De Bijenkorf in the Netherlands, sister company to Selfridges.

Shortly afterwards we took to the Nordics, launching in H&M Beauty flagship stores across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

After two years in Liffey Valley we opened a second pop up in Dundrum Town Centre, and grew from a team of 9 to a team of 29. It was so lovely meeting our customers in person.

Canada got a whole lot smoother when we became the first ever Irish beauty brand to be stocked in Holt Renfrew, the number one Canadian luxury department store.

We became B Corp™ Certified, joining a global community using business as a force for good. Haircare with high standards.

As The Smooth Company continues to grow into a global beauty brand, it was time to take our photoshoots global too. London City became our first ever international photo backdrop.
